UI/UX Designer & Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer & Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in both design and development, with the ability to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. This role requires a deep understanding of user experience principles, design tools, and modern web technologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• UI/UX Design:
  • Design user interfaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to design systems across all products.
• Front-End Development:
  • Implement UI designs using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
  • Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and execute project requirements.
  • Communicate design decisions and rationale to both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Influence and guide technical teams in implementing next-generation features.
• Quality Focus:
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure the design and development of user interfaces are free from defects and align with user expectations.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail to ensure a polished and consistent user experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development.
• Proficiency in UI development languages: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and at least one modern JavaScript framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, including information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and user research methods.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• A strong portfolio showcasing design process and thought leadership in UX.
• Ability to understand complex user problems and translate them into simple, elegant solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Meticulous attention to design and development details to ensure a polished and consistent user experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with responsive and adaptive design methodologies.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and an understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Passion for continuous learning and personal development in UI/UX trends and technologies.
• Familiarity with C# and component libraries.
